Screening Interview - Key observations

This structure was subsequently used to successfully onboard two new analysts. 

Experience Gap in Marketing Deliverables: When specifically asked about creating Offering Memorandums (OMs) and Broker Opinion of Values (BOVs) from scratch, he was transparent that he has never created them personally. His experience is limited to analyzing the data within them and using them as a base for other reports. He emphasized his familiarity with the structure and data, but highlighted this as an area where he would need to apply his existing knowledge to a new task.  

Strategic Internal Networking: He leveraged his participation in a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) project at JLL to build relationships with senior leadership. This initiative directly led to his transition from a finance role to a Business Analyst position reporting to the Head of Sales/India CEO.
